If you mean anti-griefing team then that's OK. But if you're reffering to a literal griefing team that griefs builds or bases, this team and practically everyone involved in the act of griefing is permanently banned. If you meant anti-griefing team then just ignore this warning.
It's like he's saying he wants a coder to make a client or something that can force OP then they grief the server and other servers. I think they should be banned for now until we get things straight.
There is no way to op yourself with ForceOP. You could only get op on any server by getting another operator to op you, or to find a exploit in the server's operating system. Minetime is currently running the latest version of CentOS, CentOS 7, on their dedicated machines. CentOS is trusted by many big companies, not just Minecraft. It would be very difficult to break into a server. You would have to be really good at hacking to get into the server, not to mention, you would have to find out Collin's very complicated password. Finally, if he has SSH enabled, you have to find out his SSH key. If you wanted to do such things, you would have to hack into Collin's computer. In conclusion, it is not possible to get OP on a big network, without someone else Oping you. Disclaimer: Please do not try and hack into the Minetime server or Collin's computer. The FORCEOP only works on servers with Auth Me and it gives you OP so it does work only on very few servers though :-:
Exactly, but most servers use a Proxy. Even if you got the backend ip for one of the Minetime servers, you wouldn't be able to get in. Collin has set up IPTables for all of the Minetime servers. Even if you got the backend ip and tried to log into the server under Collin, you would be denied to enter 99.99% of the time. Disclaimer: Please do not try this.
