Hello, I recently bought a first time rank on the website. I bought a premium rank. I have a screenshot of when the payment completed page and the $5 that were removed from my account. I did not have an account on minetime.com at the time, I made it after the fact that i didnt get the rank, so I had no email linked to the purchase to receive a receipt. I went to the website clicked on shop, typed my username, clicked firstime rank, added premium account to cart and purchased it. I still have not got the rank.
