During my time on the server for creative I Saw A CFO Requested me to teleport to them. I was building away anyway. Later It was off my screen then all of a sudden Random Usernames said : Accepted your tprequest and unwanted players got on my plot. This may be some server or admin abusive power. Please Help!

That comment was unnecessary. The player/s probably just did /tp <your username> and got on your plot to annoy you. if they continue to do this, you can do /p deny <username> and deny them from getting access to your plot.
There is a command called /tpaall <username> that sends a /tpahere request from the perspective of that player to all the players on the server at that time.
Somebody most likely /tpaall players to you. You can quickly get all of them off your plot by /p deny *
