    Hi
    I have noticed when ever i go to 1v1 StanFozz i get "Disconnected" and it is allways when StanFozz tells me to go in first it has happend to me 3 times and all of those times i have died im not sure if this is a ddoss or it is just random i think he has my skype aswell i dont know what to do about it any advice?

    Just dont 1v1 with him, don't talk to him at all and get a VPN if possible.

    I dont think actual ddosing is against the rules since you're not even harming the server just a player. Now ddos threats is a different thing. Example: I SWAT you, and it had nothing to do with Minetime, would I still get banned?

    That's like saying threatening to shoot someone is wrong but actually shooting them isn't.
    Ddos'ing is against the rules and threats are as well. You just need proof which is hard to obtain.

    So lets say you ddos someone before they even join the server or before you even join the server. Does that mean if you have been on the server for a pretty long time, that if they join and have proof you ddosed them on something random, can you get banned? I think not

    So why is it its only when i 1v1 him or pvp him

    Hmm it is highly illegal to mess with peoples internet, yes may not have anything to do with the server but it is not something they should be doing in the first place and yes itmay not be affecting you or anyone else but it is me trying to stop from this happening to anyone else

    Minetime doesn't allow ddosing in any way, becuase ddosing is illegal and they do not want to be held responsible for having a player that is a ddoser..

    VPN: Virtual private network. Basically having someone else's IP so someone can't trace your activity, or in this case, DDoS/DOS you.
    If it's 'only in PvP' then it most likely is a DDoS if he has your Skype.
    I recommend getting a new Skype and logging out of your one you have currently. I don't know why it works, but it somehow works for me. Don't give your Skype to people you don't trust/people who will forward your Skype to other people.

    BlueDragonYT, and Fantasy, I'm not fully sure of this, but i'm fairly confident.. If they already have your IP, making a new skype is virtually useless, unless you change your IP or you get a VPN. Try and get some evidence of the ddosing, and you will be fine to report him :D
