Nope. Changing a word in a config file is different to writing a plugin, which is also different to setting up a server.

Which consists of spending 30 minutes on the bukkit dev site, gathering all of the required plugins and chucking them in the plugins folder. Now just get your 5 year old son to change those words and build a dirt house. Once everything is done in-game. You have a server.

Sorry for provoking the topic de off. I believe this issue doesn't need any further discussion. There is plenty of content coming soon. Be patient. <3

Keep calm and carry on mining!

Edited. Typo, wasn't my intention to sound sarcastic either.

Well, not quite, but essentially yes. It just gets a lot more complex when you have 40 or so plugins you need to make all work 100% the way you want it to and make sure nothing conflicts or breaks something else. Plus, with every plugin having its own set of permissions, it can take some serious time and testing to make sure that players only have perms for what you want them to.

Also, none of Minetime's spawns will be featuring a dirt house. :p

I think minetime should change its map according to the plug-in instead of waiting for the plug-in to change just so they can put up the map.

Dirt houses will be good. Especially dirt castles.

Would you be happy if it updated with the new map, but you couldn't use money, or do anything that isn't in vanilla minecraft?

The physical map itself does not really effect plugin functionality in any way, the issue is more the Minecraft version. When you need to update your server to 1.8 to keep it running properly but the developer of a key plugin you use won't update his plugin to work with 1.8, it causes issues. It has nothing to do with the map.
