I honestly believe empires will not be fixed for a while, unless staff can make a break through and figure out how to put it back up.
Drtshock did, no one else. He no longer works full time for minetime, i'm not even sure if he works here anymore at all, thus, no one (as of now) has the ability to fix empires. Therefore, Empires will probably not be fixed for a very long time.
