    So Henry484 Bought a Prepaid card worth 20$ and he wanted to buy VIP and he didnt know how to buy it without paypal so i helped him buy it, a few moments later (About 20 mins) he hasnt received his rank but when i used paymentwall to buy it, it said the payment went through but he hasnt received the rank so he wants the money back he spent into the card

    P.S THIS WAS 2 HOURS AFTER I DONT HAVE ANY SCREENSHOTS UNFORTUNATELY

    This is a common error, do what has been told above and you should be fine.

    As stated multiple times above, you should email [email protected] and include your IGN, the rank you were suppose to have, and a transaction ID number/ some type of proof of purchase.
