Every 5-10 minutes I get kicked with the EXACT same message. Sometimes when it happens, I can't join the server for another 1+ hour(s)! It just keeps saying, "Connecting to server...". Any way to fix this?? It's been going on for like a week!!
Yes, I have noticed a lot of threads regarding this problem. I get it occasionally but I can log back on instantly. It says, "remote host", maybe it has got to do with your own internet? But then again, many players have this problem. Let's hope they fix it soon. Best of luck!
Well, maybe it's just your Internet, it's been happening to me too. My internet only runs at 24 mbps... So I can't really do much, but That's what optifine is for~ woo (I am SpeedEG soon to change my username to CrunchyEyeballs)
If there is maintenance, or a big storm going on near where you are, then that may be the cause. That's normally what happens to me. Best of luck!
Remote host problems are generally problems originating from Minetime or the server host. Minetime is currently having issues from the DDoS Protection Software and Lilypad, which keeps all the servers connected.
