I've noticed many people (including me) getting kicked for "spam" or "advertising a server or website", when in reality they've just been typing normal text about normal stuff. They hit enter, and *bam* they're kicked, and have to rejoin and get back to what they were doing. I hope this is fixed in the near future, as it grants an annoying 10 minute ban that be quite a let-down. I think (just from a few personal experiences) that it may be mainly longer messages that cause this glitch, so if you're noticing it happening a lot to you, you could try typing your text in short increments.

This is due to the console being very sensitive to try to prevent advertisers from advertising. I do agree, it's very OP and it does seem to kick and mute for the wrong reasons. The staff have been brought to attention of the matter and will work on making it work better.

This happens to me a lot, you can't even use commas in a sentence without it kicking you.

Just don't say anything and you will. Anything over like 3 words, with any punctuation, will get you muted. Lol

Yeah, it probably thought you were advertising when you were typing in numbers, lol.

The thing is though, all these complaints, I've been testing what players are saying got them muted/kicked and it isn't muting or kicking the test account. I have not had a single one of these claims check out to be legitimate yet. If someone could provide a sentence that is actually reasonable to say that gets you muted, that'd be great, because thus far I've seen no reasonable baseline for this occurring.

I got a 10-minute mute once for saying "hi cx" on Creative.
Maybe it's something that the player says before that can then link up and falsely alarm the console?
