Also the way I look at things is that you can moderate the server with out being, you have access, to /ban (report) :3, and you can help new players, you dont need a rank its self to be staff.
It depends on how you look at it. Helpers, moderators and administrators are all staff if you are using the technical definition of staff and in that case Starfletcher would be correct. However, my in-game title says "Staff" so as not to get confused with the donor rank "Admin". In this case, the tree of progression would go as follows: Helper -> Moderator -> Staff Though, it is important to note, to be promoted from Helper to Moderator, one would have had to have been active and doing a markedly good job as helper. Being promoted from Moderator to Administrator/Staff is very rare and will definitely not be normal. To be promoted to Administrator/Staff, one would have had to have been performing an extremely remarkable job as moderator and would have to have shown the required skills.
Can someone please show me where I said there wouldn't be an age limit? I'm not trying to be hostile but I don't recall ever saying such a thing.
Wait, so if your saying this now, then does that mean that anyone under 13 had to have a phenomenal application?
On the application where it asks for the age, I think it said there is no age limit, in brackets. (I could be wrong but i'm sure that's where you said it).
To add onto Kyleep, when the application asked for your age, under it said There is no age restriction Or something related to that.
I agree that it's unfair for the less than 13 years old. The age shouldn't be considered. It should depend of the maturity.
From the time you made that amazing guide I knew you were going to be staff, well done! I am really sorry if this offends anyone, if it does tell me and I'll edit it out, but I'm not sure Reddi2Burn will be a good staff member as she/he doesn't know the rules and is begging for stuff on OPPvP...
