Since there are no current Helpers, I will answer your question if you were to ask it for all staff members. Joel is one of the youngest staff members at the age of 13 and AgentScreem is one of the oldest staff members at the age of 21. As you can see, there is a great range between ages for staff members. I would say that we could see new staff members in the future as young as the age of 10! You never know. ;p
I didn't know that Joel is 13 Recently one of my friends got to be a rank on another server (won't name it) and apparently at the age of 15 he is the youngest and the oldest staff on that server is actually 34 years old

It would be highly likely that we see staff applications open again in the future. There was about 1.5 years between staff application openings for the last two tries, so sometimes it will take a long time to be able to apply again. When staff applications are not being accepted, the Administrators of the server often look for members that are constantly active and helping other players to hand pick staff members, rather than accepting off of the more formal application process. Many staff members have been accepted through both methods, so even if your application is denied, there is a great chance to become staff in the future. This also gives a chance to those who are not as sufficient at writing essay style applications the chance to still become Helper!
