Hello! I'm here to talk about the ole server Creative. Now, as you may know MineTime is not the only server I get on. Especially when it comes to creative. On this separate server I get on for creative, they have two things that I think we should have on MineTime. 1. The /all command The /all command is something that I think most role players would enjoy most. /All allows you to mute all chat, but the only chat you can see is the chat from people 100 blocks around you. Sweet, isn't it? I think it might help with role players, or even people that want to talk alone and build. And 2. /Nick /Nick I use A LOT On the separate server. Again this is another cool thing for role players, but hey! It can be used for anything. Now, on the separate server, there are ranks too (of course), and you have to buy the Premium Rank (Or Higher) to be able to use /nick. Maybe you can do that here as well, or even add it as a separate thing to buy in the shop. (I would totally buy it once I get the money! ) Thank you for taking the time to read this! If/nick was implemented as a rank perk it would most likely be high up (aka around CEO). Also, as it could be used for protecting your name tag whilst griefing / abusing chat, it would have to be something like Insert/NickNameHere[Shiro]
i know that there is a comand for role players to enter a role play only chat. I have seen this on a different server, but I forgot what the plugin was or the command so this may be no help at all
1. If a command like /all would ever be implemented, it would probably be /p chat which allows you to only hear the chat of players on the plot. 2. /Nick is like changing your name. Say Minetime was the only server you played on, it would basically be a free ticket to unlimited name changes.
We should add /all that is a smart move. But cant there be something like you can only see chat from that plot? I agree it would help with Roleplaying and annoying shouts.
Role-playing is fun yes. But I've seen players doing like (Roboticanuz): Thomas: Nice to meet you! My name is Thomas and I'm a beast. Or something of that sort. Maybe you could try it when doing role-playing.
One thing that might want to add/fix is the tptoggle and tpall. I have experienced many moments when I'm building with my teleportation disabled, when suddenly, my screen floods with people and the message: <name> has accepted your teleport request. Teleporting... This is really annoying and it happens to me at least once a week. Many other players also suggested this so maybe they can add that?
Creative already has a chat radius, and you need to use shout to send a global message. Also "/nick" is not included in any rank, on any Minetime server, why would Creative be the exception?
