If the player is not online, they actually cannot mute them. As for Nuggets he isn't really staff for chat moderation but instead helps out by finding bugs and other miscellaneous tasks... you should also get some hard evidence of Nuggets "cussing" like you said if you want something to change. I have yet to see any helpers legitimately reported, why don't you try to be the first? I also think you are partially true on the favoritism part but only to a certain extent. The favoritism can only get you so far (believe me I would know), if someone is blatantly cussing out other players and had already received a warning they would almost surely be muted despite their connections with staff.
I don't care about changes in the server, I stopped playing. I'm giving out card hold facts about the server and suggesting they change things about the server for my other friends, because I like them. I know they can't mute the player if he isn't online, I'm not a complete idiot, just half an idiot.
