They will most likely be on the forums, when the time is right, he'll create a thread for them. Patience is really key, I think he's under enough as it is.

I have a question... Is there an age limit for helpers, and do they have to have Skype? @CollinPotato
Looking back at the applications, that didn't seem to be the case for age. Age doesn't define maturity though, keep that in mind. As for Skype, most likely will be a requirement. If you're needed urgently and the forums/server aren't a suitable way or communication, how else are you to discuss someone hacking into a staff member account and using world edit to grief the world which created many fuss and got him fired. (The grammar is real) *and I'm totally not quoting a past event...*
How so? Staff are supposed to ban or mute people if they are breaking the rules, or at least tell them to stop.
Asking for helper make your chances of being helper tougher. If you are active/helpful on the server and forums, you have a chance of becoming staff. Additionally, Collin already stated that there will be staff applications soon. I advice you to stay patient until then.
