I am staff on another server as well, and I have been promoted due to my dedication to my job. I feel like I can be just if not more dedicated to my job (if I get it) here on minetime. I can respect other players and their needs, though I know this isn't for a helper/mod. I can build well, have fun, and I am always nice.
Show more, the video isn't enough with only showing one build that really isn't detailed enough, nor does it show a lot. And we, or staff, have no clue if you are really mature, or "nice" because you haven't been active on here..at all. Also start to build things here on minetime creative to actually prove to us that you are skilled, and great at building what you do to earn the achievement as a Minetime Build Team member. This qualifies as being active, nice, cooperative, and mature to earn something big like this. Try building something medieval, or some landscapes with great detailed builds such as, depth, and varieties of all sorts of blocks, and don't try to use the same blocks, change it up a bit.
They possibly work, to keep the wannabes hackers away. But yes theres tools to bypass VPNs if you want to do so. But I don't recommend it.
Tools? There aren't any tools to bypass a VPN. Drop your "cool kid hacker" act skid. You couldn't hack your own Minecraft account even if your life depended on it. Matters who you're dealing against. Minetime is infested with $5 stresser skiddies. Simply making your Skype unresolveable will do the trick.
Uhm, I'm not a hacker, nor did I say I am. And yes, There are ways to bypass VPN's. Now, stay on topic, or leave this thread.
Back on topic. I like some of the builds, especially some of the signs that are in the sky. But I doubt you're going to get accepted just on this. Chuck in a few more builds that are better detailed and see how you go. Good luck still!
