I've emailed Emily twice now and there's not response for one week, I just want my friend to get unbanned but he can't be unbanned without a response.
I was unbanned the day that I emailed. Obviously, there is not a good enough reason to be unbanned. Did your friend that was banned actually email her or just you?
I would give it another week to respond before taking anymore action. If she doesn't respond by then, you can probably assume that he wasn't unbanned.
