Just to clear things up for everyone, Minetime is a family friendly environment; this means we restrict profanity (swearing or being inappropriate, etc.). The reason why @YogurtMan4 was telling him to change his faction name is because it was against our rules, in no way was he threatening the user.

This is true, but maybe take the time and maturity, not saying you don't have any I do really respect you as a staff member, I really like you and how seriously you take your job, but consider if this is such a big problem why has it not been prohibited in texts like faction names and private message, the server has been out a very long time. Sorry if you think I am being mean, unfair, or stubborn but this is a great concern of mine now. I have not spammed the chat look at all my posts good sir. I know its not his fault, I am just wondering if its such a big concern to all of you why has this not been dealt with this sooner now look at us we are making a lot of suggestions that Collin can now look at to improve the server and wonderful community, this is what the forums are about not like bashing other members that is cruel.
