Look, I haven't been on the forums very much at all. Or the server. When I first started the server, it was for the skyblock. I bought all my ranks up to MVP for skyblock. Then I went to factions, upgraded to executive, then I went to survival. Bought admin almost immediately. And then, survival dimmed down. Nobody talks on there. Ever. We simply need a reset due to, not the large amount of griefed land, or due to it being too op, is because of how low in popularity it is. It needs a boost of people. And hell, the economy is screwed worse on survival than the American economy is. Any non-donator can walk around and literally find diamonds sitting in unclaimed chests. It's just almost not survival anymore. When I first joined, it reset very quickly, and I had fun. Then I bought admin, built massive bases, and had more fun. But it needs a reset. It's more like a no-plot creative world where you can die and keep your stuff. So please, @CollinPotato and whoever the staff are, probably been changed, consider this is a possibility and maybe I'll come back to playing on MineTime.
I sort-of agree. When I first joined Survival, I thought Diamond blocks were a luxury. Now, I have so many its like dirt. Well, diamond blocks have value but I have so many now that I can make whole houses out of them... but the survival should not be reset at this time.
Agree. I started minetime because of survival. Then I realized how boring it was. It should be Survival because what I was playing was NOT survival. What I was playing was some sort of Op-Creative Greifing server... I had 1mil in my first week because the sell shops in spawn and the price of emeralds... The admin creative is a little too op... I mean, creative on survival? It would be better if you could only /Item building materials. This server is the exact opposite of survival.
Agreed A lot. Although i have many great creations in here. Inflation in Precious Materials doesnt really make it well... FUN. Many people do not play survival anymore and is one of the reasons i stopped playing minetime (The other ones are Empire slots are taken by crappy servers and Skyblock/Prison/Factions Reset and getting bored on Infections due to being maxed)
Along with 2002goblue, I also started on survival, he introduced me to it, and we were both rich, and had crazy amounts of everything. Then survival reset for the first time when I was playing on it, and while the new survival was getting ready me, 2002, and some of my other friends started skyblock, and even when survival was ready we never really went back to it and now I find myself looking around at the survival builds. Everything is messy, and griefed up, and all Admins do as go to spawn, spam fireworks and throw out diamond blocks at people. This means nothing is worth anything, I mean people will sell a stack of diamond blocks, for 1$ and you get 1k every time you vote, like it doesn't make any since to me. I think, myself that survival needs a complete overload, I think it should be completely changed, (one including no creative) and even another thing I have thought of is if people didn't have creative, they most likely wouldn't take the time to grief blocks that they don't even need too take, like if you were a CEO, and you didn't have creative, would you really take a bunch of time to distort someone's building, but an Admin on the other hand, they just put a speed breaker on and hold down click and break everything. I don't know that just some things I gather from it. So, if survival reset to a non op way of approaching things I think I would play it again.
I quit because the econonmy was broke. It came down to me selling 64 diamond blocks for 0.01 its just freekin broke!
I agree completely. I also started on survival, with BUTTERMAN1213 and then after awhile, TheBigBUTTER. We had worked so hard on this beautiful house that was super nice and we had like two diamonds. Today I got on for the first time in about a year and next to our house was a ton of houses made completely of emeralds and diamonds and so much grieifing.
Can we seriously please get a map download once this happens? alot of us have tons of work we dont wanna loose on the server
I would keep the old spawn, reset the map, and take away /gm 1 and make a /kit build. And also improve the /fixall and the pvp areas.
I think resets make a lot of the older dedicated players leave. Before the reset we currently have there were far more active players talking, after the reset most of them left.
Consider me an older dedicated player. I've been playing on this server for over a year. I joined the server for skyblock, bought MVP, went to survival, bought admin, then got bored. The reason why the older dedicated players leave is because the server isn't resetting. We've had like 2 factions resets and a prison reset in the time that survival has been up.
