and i didnt get my plugin chest

 

I was going to get my empire upgraded but i cant even get on it anymore.

 

I donated for a empire, never got my plugin chest. //Sad

 

It's not that you never got your plugin chest, because even a free empire has a plugin chest. Plugin chests are currently broken (much like the rest of empires) so nobody has their plugin chest.

 

Ok, Well I can't even join my empire

Is empires some kind of a joke?? Its been like 5 DAYS since i last could get on my empire because of this stupid ERROR ERROR ERROR thing or JOINING....! Please someone fix it!

 

Would you prefer if it wasn't there, was never there and will never be there?

The staff member who fix empires is @Jess . Please stop complaining that is long and that is boring. Jess makes his possible for make runnings empires.

I am not a developer and cannot "fix empires". My role is more of an administrative/management position.

I assure you that there was/is no lack of effort by involved parties to fix empires, things are no where near as simple as you appear to believe they are, there is no magical button that just fixes things and if there was we'd push it.

 

True, and I now understand, but we would like to be informed about what's going on. If Collin doesn't give any updates of his hard work then we will just assume he is doing nothing.

Plus that and his Factions update thread was one of the only updates in months

 

My empire is still not working it is saying it has a error can some one plz help that works with minetime cuz before u cleaned it out and started us over i had one and it worked perfectly but now its NOT WORKING.
