Unfortunately, staff have lives and are usually busy if we aren't online. Saying you need a helper on immediately doesn't mean we will just drop what we're doing to go online. For example, I'm busy because I'm at work. Yes, I work full time and am unavailable during weekdays to come on.
The only active helper on skyblock is agentscreem but thefrikinasian is a good person who can help ya
@xBMAN88 was one of the most active Helpers along with AgentScreem, but he's glitched off my island somehow so he doesn't play anymore. :/
All you have to do is politely ask in the public chat and some user would most likely come by and assist you. There are several users who show Helper-like qualities that would gladly help other users.
Staff members live lives, and aren't obligated to be on Minetime whenever you need them. Helpers and Moderators do not make a living off of Minetime, and so they have to work in real life. When you get to be at least 12, you will understand. Most staff are in their teens and so they like to hang with friends, and party. Making this thread wastes the time of other players willing to explain to you why this is a dumb thread.

This is the most accurate explanation so far. Although I'm no longer a teenager, I do have work, a girlfriend (in real life, not in Minecraft), bills to pay, food to buy and eventually eat, friends to keep happy, people to be antisocial towards, the list goes on. If we were on Minetime, making no profit, making no money to sustain our lifestyles, we wouldn't be able to pay for a pc or Internet.
