I have an issue with the rules on skyblock. My opinion is that the rules need to be changed dramatically. Here are some rules I suggest:
    1. Cussing or trying to go around cussing is not allowed.
    2. No extreme scamming is allowed.

Skyblock players if you agree please comment below or comment if you have other issues.

The first rule is already not allowed.

Unfortunately, ingame scamming is allowed. The way of avoiding it would simply be to only buy and sell from chest shops that look normal. When people are cussing and using profanity to talk, there is nothing that can be done unless a moderator or a helper is on. They can't be on all the time, and they are chosen carefully by staff. I doubt that you can be one, since you only joined the forums today and seem quite new to the server.

I would say skyblock is the server that staff are most active.
The only thing you can do is /ignore <player name>

Skyblock has become spamming hell, but that is pretty much it. People are always swearing and scamming has been there almost forever... I don't know what ''arising troubles'' you are talking about.

When I have been on, I don't think anyone has really been swearing, maybe I just don't notice it.

I reckon we need more helpers. The only helper I have seen take action and mute someone is agentscreem. I have never seen xbman mute someone or intervene in an argument (not trying to hate on you or anything, just my opinion).

Oh, and I have seen GatorPimp resolve stuff.

I've said this before and I'll say it again: the amount of time one has had a forum account does not affect whether or not they are staff-worthy.

I became staff a month before I even had a forums account.

Not just the forums account, he simply seemed new to the server as well (which I was wrong apparently, my bad). I doubt that a person that just joined the server can be staff member, correct me if I'm wrong.

He stated above that he is not new :) You are correct that newer players are less likely to be staff, though

@king_skyblock I don't see a lot of cursing that goes on, however, when there's staff on most players become more careful about how they talk to each other in public chat.

Also, simply saying you should be staff lessens your chance of becoming Helper. Display the qualities we look for and you are more likely to become a Helper.

why wouldn't the staff go into /v to watch over the server?

I often contemplate doing that, but when you warn 1 person, everyone knows you're in /v and watch what they're saying and doing there after.

It's also more effective not being in /v so we are able to help as many people as we can while we're online.

There is more than one way to confirm that a staff member is present when they are in vanish.

I understand. But just to elaborate, you could do /tell /t /m /msg /message /w or /whisper to warn the player. Just saying. ;)
