The staff dont know the context. U could have said something stupid and he could have replied in that way.
Correct. Because this screen shot only shows 1 message, not context can be derived from that message. Nothing can be done about this. On a personal note, if this has upset you friend in anyway I suggest talking to them about it.

What they said. If you can provide more chat dialog, that could possibly help the staff be more aware of the situation. Until such evidence is provided, I'm afraid that the staff may not be able to interpret this as bullying.
Haven't been here very long but I can say that just being in the minetime server at any give moment you run into a lot of weird things from random players. Ignore it and move on there are plenty of things to do in the server than worry about a silly statement
