If you were banned for advertising, you will not be unbanned. If you knew you were going to get muted (punished), why did you do it in the first place?

It's ok. Contact Mojang and tell them the circumstances. They will get you your account back, though sadly you will not be able to play Minetime anymore unless you send a ban appeal to [email protected]. If you send the ban appeal, make sure to be clear and state the reason (s) you were banned.
Advertisers will never be unbanned. I'm pretty sure mostly every server has a "No Advertising" rule. You should also read the rules before playing on a server. Locked.
