I would like to point out that I created a Support Ticket hours ago and still no reply by anyone. If you can go and look at it please that would be great. I really want my account back but seems like all Mods, Admins, and Helpers are taking there time. There is a guy that change my password and stole my beacons I had (had 4) and took all my money (had $948) not wanting him to take more of my stuff! Please get on this. Chubs, you submitted your ticket like an hour ago. It is currently midnight for Collin and it is pretty late for any other staff member. Give it time. It isn't going to happen over night. Also, this should have gone under Help from Staff.
The staff are very busy improving Empires and lots of other things. Give it some time, and please be patient.

Well, we are not responsible for the security of your account. If someone stole your Minecraft account there is nothing we can do to get it back. You'll need to talk to Mojang about that. Also, all Mods, Admins and Helpers are humans too, humans who aren't online 24/7 and have other things to do, humans that like to be asleep at 2:30AM (which is around the current time it is for most of us), but there's really nothing we can do about getting your account back so it doesn't really matter much anyways (as we do not know your account information, the only people who have administrative access to minecraft accounts are Mojang). I do not handle payments so there's nothing I could do about transferring your rank or anything (we generally don't transfer ranks), but I have moved that request to "Billing Support" so that someone with the appropriate permissions might see it. For the time being, I have banned your account on the server. Please contact me again when you retrieve your account so it can be unbanned.
Yes I know that. I'm wondering if you can transfer my rank to my alt I applied proof of payment the receipt is up top
Also, if you still plan on recovering your account, it may not be wise to ask for the rank to be transferred. If the rank were to be transferred your old account would no longer have your rank. I, personally, would only want the rank transferred if I could not recover my old account.
Okay, thank you very much for your help and banning the account so he cannot access any of my loot or delete my very hard worked on island! I would love to get me beacons in which I got 4 and it cost me 4k for it all.... the one who hacked me took them. It would be nice to get them back but we always don't get what we want! Also last question... If my Timeless rank does get transferred... and then I do recover my chubbmandood account, can it be put back on my chubbmandood account if I have proof of payment?
Honestly, I'd just wait to see if you can recover your account before trying to have your rank transferred. Edit: I also don't have permissions to change people's ranks, so I'm not the one to talk to for this either.
