I always crash when I start to play this

im really not sure i start and i play its probably something with your computer unless every other game or server works try reporting it to a mod or something but i dont know

 

1. Are you using a hack client?
This may alter some issues in the client. Try using a different client
2. Try using 1.7 instead of 1.8.

 

Also Vice Versa. If you were using 1.8 try using 1.7

I'm not an Expert on Bukkit Or Spigot but i'm almost 75% sure its your side of the connection Because I see a lot of people Including myself join the Survival games without Issues on a daily bases.
Like they said above it might be your Client(Version) your using

 

1. Start Minecraft.
2. Before you click "Play," go to Edit Profile on the left.
3. Then a pop up box appears. Go to "Use Version," click the he drop down arrow key.
4. Click 1.7.2, 1.7.4, 1.7.9, or 1.7.10.
5. Then click "Save Profile."
6. Then click "Play."
