    Scamming is unfortunately aloud. But if you scam real money that is not aloud and would result in a refund to the person who bought the rank and the person who scammed banned.

    I know scamming is allowed but I'm seeing if he is lying or not. if he doesn't have proof it is meaning he might be lying.
