Scamming, and anything related to that so he isn't in any trouble for stealing also read the list of the rules by Emily. So there isn't nothing the staff can do for just stealing ores. And also it's just a waste of our time to do nothing because stealing is allowed.
There isn't really anything wrong with what that guy did, scamming/stealing is allowed on the prison server. The prison server is basically an evolution of the factions game type, which is based in conflict and fighting. If you are looking for a server that is not intense like that, then I suggest you go play on survival or creative.
Either he was in there already (could have used invisibility potion) or he had /sethome there or he logged out while in the booth and logged back in while you were there.
You are allowed to use nodus, as well as any other hacked client, on minetime servers. All the modules that actually harm the server or are too OP such as "nuker" and "fly" are disabled by a plugin that is similar to anti-cheat. It is likely that the one you are reffering to is also not possible on this server.
When players are in the furnaces then log off, when they log back on, they spawn back to the point they logged off at. (If that makes any sense). For example, if I am in the furnaces when I log off, I will spawn back to that point when I log back on. That is most likely what happened.
In some cases, You don't actually need to smelt anything in the prison server. The shop provides you with two options: Ore & block. Its more efficient to sell your items then smelt them.. Besides its safer ^-^
