It's very unlikely these threats are real, they are there to just make you uncomfortable, and therefore OP him. Just do /ban xxkillerMW3, as he won't have your IP. There's no need to worry. Your empire won't be shut down.
If he dos' you, it won't last long. Just make sure to do what @Thrawt told you and make sure not to add him to skype. Someone in another server that I was moderator of, told me to give me OP or he would dos' me, I wasn't going to give him OP so he could break the server even if he could dos me. I had no knowledge of this then: Just make sure @fredric4life to do as Thrawt said, and even if you don't, don't worry. Many people have dos threated me, and I have never been ddosed.
good becouse i dont know how to do the thing that trhwat told me but it is not so big chans he ddos me and it will be fixd if it happends so i have baned him and not gonna do anything more i dont think thats needed
You can ask an adult or supervisor who lives with you to help you change your IP and later get a VPN like Thrawt stated.
