    Hi my name is laxbros1324 and I purchased the rank of Admin in July but I found out that since I had done /rank major a couple months before so now it says I'm Premium which is really annoying because every day people message me "what hack or wow major hacker" and I'm quite tired of it. Please fix this below I will provide some proof that I am an Admin. Also it says that Enhanced and up take no fire damage but I do?

    Firstly you will need to open a support ticket under "Billing Support". Information for support tickets can be found here.

    Secondly image uploading is currently broken. Use Imgur instead and post the links.

    You could just email Emily to reset your rank back to 'Admin' you will need proof that you were 'Admin' if you check through your emails you should find a recite and send emily a screenshot of that.

    And about the "disabling fire damage" thing: I already sent a support ticket some time ago. They disabled it on purpose.
