It says i was banned for racism and bullying. When I logged off about 4/5 months ago I got off the server for a while and then when i wanted to play on it my acc apparently is banned. Either i have been hacked or framed please help me Or unban me Or refund
I think they prefer people to use the ticket system now, correct me if I'm wrong. You can find that in the top left, labeled "Support Tickets".
Oh yes. And to add onto this: Make sure to put it in the "General" section with the "medium" priority. If "support tickets" fails to show up, as it has done countless times then email emily.

It is uncommon for players to be unbanned, racism and bullying is a serious offense. You are welcome to email your ban appeal to [email protected], but it may take her several days to respond. If she does not respond then you can probably assume that you appeal was denied. Furthermore, you are responsible for the security of your account, so even if you were "hacked" (which there is no way to prove) that is still not a valid excuse. You also will not receive a refund for being banned, players are not rewarded for bad behavior and the terms and conditions you agreed to are legally binding.
