What do you mean that that's my opinion? I am stating a fact: an upgrade from MVP to Executive is $15.
Technically ranks could be considered "real-world" items as they cost 'real-world" money. Plus, trading for ranks usually ends badly for the party trying to get the rank anyways. I would discourage the trade of in-game items for ranks (or any other form of currency) as it will usually cause more harm than good.
