When Minetime was PvPFest I had bought the rank **general (MVP) when minetime was released and my rank had changed to MVP I decided to get an upgrade to Executive. That was about 5-7 months ago, today I was planning to buy CEO but when I tried to purchase it a message popped up say "you dont have permission to buy this" (I will attach a picture as proof). So I contacted [email protected] and talked to her about it and she said that I have only donated enough for MVP when I clearly I had been executive for around 4-5 months. This is has made me very angry and upset because Minetime is robbing me of money please if a staff member could help me with this that would be great.
I will try is it proof if I can go onto a server and ask people or you can come onto skywars and ask people?
I will try and get one but like I said I have been demoted and will have to try and get one from some of my friends sorry for the inconvenience
In creative executive rank is allowed 6 plots I have screenshots of the signs for the 6 different plots if this isnt enough I dont know if I can get a picture of the name screenshot
I will try and find a screenshot of my name and the rank but it may not be possible but this is proof I know its inconvienient but its the best I can do so far
DUDE...... Stop backstabbing everyone. If you don't say "hi" in chat, press "f2" to take a screenshot of you having the rank "Executive", it is kind of obvious you are lieing.
He is actually backstabbing. Every time someone wants to help him he denies it and posts something that doesn't even help with the situation. Anyways, we are getting off topic, maybe helping him and not criticizing my posts would help.

Do you have any proof of purchase of your Executive rank? Possibly an email receipt or anything similar?
Well I bought my executive rank when minetime was pretty much new so I will try and find a email recepit. Is it possible for the person who manages payments to find what email I used for the payment?
