It's really just like any other server resetting. People work hard on a server, it gets reset and they get put back to the beginning, then they just work their butts off again. Also, this thread was made so Collin could get an idea of what the community wants. At this point in time, nothing is sent in stone. Not only does Collin need to look at what the community wants, but he also needs to plan for the future, to see what will be more beneficial to Minetime in the long run. If it comes down to it, I'm sure any company would rather sacrifice islands for memory. When we talk islands, we're not talking "Oh, it's only a couple of MB over what it should be, it's fine!" We're talking "Oh wow! We're 88GB over what a regular server's map is. This needs to be rectified!"
Yay just wasted several months making my island the best non donator one out. Now it's gonna go all down the drain, can't wait.

No, please, create another map, like Skyblock 2. I'm working hard on my island and wouldn't like to lose the hard work. It took me long. Is there a way of making such thing but without deleting everything? @CollinPotato It's the only game in which I'm progressing, and imagine the non-donors! It's not as easy for people who didn't have the possibility to get fame. If this happened in Factions, someone like Star would easily get on as he can get help from many people.
I like how everyone is saying they will quit if there is a reset, even though it would be a waste of money to buy a rank on a server and then never play again. If you really want to quit after a reset, you might as well PM me your account info, because I am still going to be here.
Collin, I know that the server really needs a reset, but every time a server gets reset I quit. I do NOT want a reset. Survival AWESOME -> Reset -> I quit Factions COOL -> Reset -> It really wasn't that fun anyways Skyblock BEST EVER SO MUCH FUN -> Reset -> Please find a compromise for this I really don't want to leave minetime.
