Is this a money reset to? Even if its not, No way on this planet is there gonna be a stinking reset on the best server what Collin got famous for! No way ever in life! This is beyond hard core rage, and all of you who said yes, I haven't even seen you on SB. No no no no!!!!! I spent over 30K on my island, and I'm the 3rd richest person there!!!! Please don't do it. I'm begging you Collin, please no!
Hmmm... Many people wouldn't like this, but it's just going to be like Skyblock was just made. And that would seem nice. Anyway, if you are afraid of losing your builds, you should of build it in Creative. (This message is not for you, LtSpearzZ)
Collin, this is what you got famous of, this is what all the dedicated minetimers of Skyblock love, this is why we play it so often. You would be crushing our dreams if you restarted it.
Yes, Skyblock deserves a restart. As you mentioned, it has had major lag spikes lately making it hard for people to build anyway. I think a restart would benefit the server by stabilizing the economy and reducing lag related issues.
Would it be possible to write a script that will import current regions to the new map on command? Players would be directed to the new map, generate an island, and execute a one-time command to read from the old map and overwrite the new region with the old. If that can happen, I'd be cool with it. If not, I'd be quite upset to see mine and MeSoLost's 1000 hopper auto stock shop disappear after just getting it finished today.
The Skyblock server map is extremely old and is in well need of a restart. Especially with all the lag issues. The reset would allow everyone a fresh start, repair the economy, allow new competition for /baltop, and fix most lag issues. I think it is a wonderful idea.
Collin,pls, a compromise? How about, you reset the islands but not the money. So we have a little money do get back on our feet. If we lose money AND islands, on guessing about half of the Skyblock server will quit. Many of which being a dedicated Skyblock player.
I know this is not a popular opinion, but DO IT! Reset EVERYTHING /bal Ender Chests Player data Warp's (There are so many troll warps!) Make it a "Fresh Start" PRO's Fix the lag Fix the economy A Full reset would ensure that that "hacked" items are removed. Give non donors more of a fighting chance. Fix the lag Possibility of adding a new spawn? (I know your old one is sentimental to you) Fix the lag CON's There are none!
No reset! And @CollinPotato can you please let us know if its a money reset to. That would solve a lot of questions and cure mine and a lot of others anxiety. Please!
