Hello, How many of you heard mojang did a new rule called EULA or something like that what that rule is mostly about is that you can't sell Mc Items from reral money what i mean is you can't sell a diamond axe for real money and how I see is that they are selling a diamond axe with sharp 15 that is actually against the rules Im just trying to help so minetime doesnt get closed for breaking the new rules.
I also don't see how this rule is "new", the last time the TOS was updated was December 2013.... The rule states "try to make money from anything we‘ve made", but I do not think that something like selling a diamond axe in-game for real-life money would count.
"what we mean is “give copies of the game away, make commercial use of, try to make money from, or let other people get access to our game and its parts in a way that is unfair or unreasonable”" Is another post in the TOS, which I also don't see how this could relate.
Just go to twitter and even more and you will see better also do on twitter #SaveTheSerers just find that and you will see everyone hate for the new rule.
What dexta said, i don't think its talking about selling axe in mc for IRL money, more of making copies of the game and handing them out for cheaper than regular cost
Pano I have watched some videos and they all say that you can no longer sell perks in game in exchange for irl money. Check out boogie'a video on youtube.
I think you don't need to make threads about this. This is for server owners to worry about -- not players.
It is for us to worry about because this mean we could lose all the money we donated. Also if you can no longer donate for perks few would want to donate; therefor, the server might have to shutdown due to lack of funds.
Like I said before go watch boogie'a video on it and find out more. (Not the Francis video the is his comical videos)

What it says is that you can no longer give perks to people who donate. Since there would be no perks few people would donate leaving the server with low funds possibly causing it to shut down.
