every time i try and go onto the creative world my game crashes. i was wondering if a staff member would please teleport me to my plot. my ign is: merrygirl27. thank you for any help =)
Email [email protected] and she will clear your inventory, you most likely have a lag item. Or something like that.
No there is a group of terrorists hacking and crashing people. Can you post your crash report? It will giveaway who did it. Most likely it was HitmanSparky but it could be another one of the estimated five.
This is also happening to almost every creative player. Even some of Minetimes best staff was affected!
Please edit your post instead of posting multiple messages. Also, if you have a split second before crashing there is a way to avoid crashing. If you successfully log on to the server and just find a way to to away from your current spot, /home /p h etc, you will be safe. The people crashing you have to be in the vicinity for it to work.
Bind /plotme home to a key or something and spam it as you're joining the creative server, this should, hopefully work. <3
That's what I do, but on my other account I crash before the screen has loaded. So I don't know if that would work for everyone. :/
There should just be weekly UUID resets on only the creative server. It only clears your inventory and enderchest and these blocks you got are easily obtainable again as you are in creative mode in the first place. This can solve these crasher people and lag items.
I'm pretty sure there needs to be a better way to solve this problem. Supposedly it's the all you want mod so if Trent could make that pluggin blocking it we might be fine. Waiting a week to play creative though isn't really efficient.
It's not the all you want mod that's crashing people without lag items, is it? And maybe a daily reset?
I don't know, someone on the other thread said it was. The more I think about it though, I don't think it is. People are crashing because of forcespawned entities using up all the client's (memory?). I don't think it can do that.
Oh, I see... I seriously don't know what the cause of this is but all I know is that creative mode is needed to do so.
This is happening to me too. I check my inventory before I crash, and all I have are a few carpets, some heads... Well, to sum it up, no lag items. This actually just started for me, but yesterday some people were complaining about it. I was in an RP room before it started, and then, I suddenly crashed. I got back on and all of the signs were gone- but they were hovering around a player. Then the signs got back in place and the player turned upside down- and I crashed. -_- Do you think I have a virus, or is this simply a glitch?
It's not a virus you have, or a glitch. There are people who have been going around the Creative server crashing people. There's nothing you can really do except avoid large groups of people (rps, skin comps, etc.) as they might go there. Also, avoid accepting people's tpa's unless you know them and don't go to spawn.
