My counter theory is that it's only 3-5 people all using multiple accounts to lure people there. People have been coming on for seconds at a time saying "The hackers are gone guys". I just had an interesting experience as well. I went to spawn where they were all gathered. I booked it out of there and made it about 2 plots over before I guess they caught me and I crashed.

Glad I saw this thread right before I went on the creative server, wouldn't want to be chased by random people with no names and lily pads.

As much as I would like to believe that Mad_Stranger and the rest of you are correct, the lack of evidence points me otherwise. I was also of a victim of circumstance in this. Your screenshots are merely just players with name tags that are askew. The best option is do not accept tpa requests from strangers and try and get video proof of this. I'll try my best to keep investigating, but the more eyes we have out, the better.

I banned the blootooby kid. Other than that I don't really know what's going on. @drtshock should take a look at tactic's crash report, though.

So if you go to spawn they'll lag you out if they're there? Or have they turned the spawn into a permanent laggy space?

It's the players that lag you out, not the location. For example, a player did /tpaall, I accepted, and then my client crashed.

    So the former.
