Sorry For my bad grammar. I was in a rush. Anyway by lag i mean 'Time Outs'. Every so often the server will corrupt. Buttons, Levers, Commands and any other intractable items will stop functioning. Then your screen will go to he 'Time Out' Page. You log back onto Minetime and find yourself back in the hub. When you walk into the portal it wont work until a few minutes later. This keeps happening over and over again. Collin needs to tell the survival players that hes working on it because hes losing players fast. I know hes got a lot to do but this is probably the number one problem. Titled 'Survival Server Basically Down'. I am trying to cope with it but it gets so annoying. Please do something about it. My Pc doesn't lag at all on other servers. I have a 128x texture pack. Seus Shaders and it doesn't lag. Not one bit
Exactly, you can't just "fix lag", you need to add/remove things. Like redstone, it being blacklisted saves us from lag. Sometimes it's really hard to find the cause, and it's not always fixable. Like others have said, survival is probably the least important item on his list right now.
Making threads on this is pointless, as it is your PC. I suggest running Optifine on your client to reduce lag.
He isn't talking about graphics related lag, Hes talking about server side lag. A lot of things can cause a timeout, I think in this case the server isn't responding fast enough and cant do its work fast enough, as processes pile up, if the server doesn't respond in time it basically crashes. OP speed items could cause this because of fast player movement, also disable FastPlace and FastBreak hacks if you can, that could help if people are placing/breaking blocks too fast, since it could pile up processes. @drtshock @CollinPotato If you getting "[WARNING] Cant keep up!" error on the server console, this might help.
