Well, you can think of a client most simply as a version. Using a modified client in minecraft is essentially just using a different version of the game with different features. (The term botnet comes from the combination of robot and network) A botnet is a collection of programs (robots/bots) that communicate with each other and similar programs (like a network) in order to accomplish tasks. These tasks can range from something as mundane and legal as maintaining an internet relay chat channel to more annoying things such as organizing spam emails to something illegal like performing a distributed denial of service attack. Not all botnest are illegal, though the term is generally used with a negative connotation.
I didn't steal it, a read an article or two, learned what the articles said, then stated something I know in my own words. Stealing it would be like just copying and pasting it and saying that I wrote it. *He
Jess, on another thread Aleks pointed out that brudin helped code the client "Huzuni". He knows exactly what this all means, he's just playing with you.
Oh well, I don't really care that much. If nothing else he got me to learn what a botnet is though, lol.
