If anyone goes negative, you can get raided, so it's a big deal. However I am pretty sure that if you have 2,000 power and they have less then they can't but it is still not a smart way to go about.
most of us in the faction know who or not to invite so... yeah, just gonna put that out there... but you don't know...
Well.. All our members are trusted. We are a large elite faction that cares about our members. All our members must be good at a bunch of things to join, it's one of the biggest requirements
What makes you think that? And before you say this is not another Volga. Get off this thread if you hate it. #hatersgonnahate
And im not trying to be rude but the reason this is not another Volga is because if you look, you will see Volga doesn't have a /f home. It had a bunch of noobs in yes but did they have to pay money to get in? yes. Do we? nope, all we require is a bunch of experience in both raiding and pvp. And throughout that you will get some diamond armour. Is that too much to ask? Our factions filled with a few timeless and admins. But thanks for your opinion @ImSaldi
I have to agree with you, but look at half of the factions on Minetime such as; Solo. We are planning on requesting a thread lock for both the recruitment and this thread and opening an moderator app thread. I am also planning on making @Reddi2burn a moderator.
Pro faction tip: don't be Volga. It's old and their strategy wasn't the most efficient. Even if they have 2,000 power or something, and even with the players that were in their negatives power-wise, no one had more than that at the time, so they couldn't be overclaimed. However, having that many "noobs" is pretty annoying and hard to keep track of. I had a small number of recruits in Huzuni (about 17), and I still found it impossible to manage that many people. I was getting tons of messages, complaints, and other stuff. So, I kicked all the un-trusted members, raided the two that I knew the locations of their bases (sorry guys), and turned it into an elite faction, which @Richiecat62 now owns, per tradition. It has a new name too, because we don't want everyone to think we are hackers. We want them to think we are helpless "hackless" players that are easier to defeat. It's new name is "ThaFallenXXI". It quotes an album using "Tha" instead of "The" for effect, and in that album, there is a III at the end. In this case, we have fallen and had to rebuild our faction many times, so I estimated about 21. The name changes occasionally however. If you steal out name during a change, it's simple: we fall 22 times (XXII), and so on (lol). It is much easier, and even though we aren't pro factioneers, we do our best and have things intact. However, since we have only about 60 maxpower, and many other factions have more, if anyone goes negative, they have to be kicked by a mod/owner, or if one is offline, they just have to be trusted to have the sense to leave the faction. I am currently out for that reason, and I've been a bit inactive on prison, so my power is still negative (FML). Anyways, that was one good thing about Volga, but overall, elite factions are the winners. Just look at cats for example. In prison and factions, they are both powerful and sweggy (and not because of spawned-in items or WorldEdit help, that is just a false rumor).

The old volga was not successful. Too many players, the new fac Livion has 30 members and way more manageable
My faction set up: Me- The only one who pvps, raids ect. 4-6 friends who don't play and just talk for free power That was all I needed to be a highly successful faction.
